What areas do you serve?
We provide airport transportation to Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport (MSP) from Maple Grove and surrounding neighborhoods. If you're outside our standard area, contact us to confirm availability.
How do I book a ride?
Simply go to the booking tab, fill out the form, and submit! If you prefer to call, please leave a voicemail with flight info as well as date and time needed for ride.
Are prices fixed or metered?
We use transparent, fixed pricing. You’ll receive a confirmed fare at booking—no hidden fees or surprise meters.
What vehicles do you use?
Owner-operated sedans (or specified vehicle listed at time of booking). Vehicles are maintained for comfort, cleanliness, and reliability.
Is the driver the owner?
Yes. Rides are owner-operated, so you get consistent service from the business owner.
Do you track flights?
Yes. Provide your airline and flight number and we will monitor arrivals for delays and adjust pickup times accordingly.
How early should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. For same-day rides, contact us as early as possible; availability may be limited.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel up to 24 hours before pickup for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee; specifics will be provided at booking.
How do you handle wait time at the airport?
A complimentary grace period after flight arrival is included (details provided at booking). Additional wait time is billed at a posted rate.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Payment is collected per arrangements made at booking.
Is tipping expected?
Gratuity is appreciated but not required. Tips can be added to the card payment or given in cash.
Can you accommodate extra luggage or special requests?
We can usually accommodate standard luggage. For oversized items, sports equipment, or special requests, notify us when booking so we can confirm capacity and any additional charges.
Are child seats available?
Child seats are available upon request. Request them at booking so we can provide the appropriate seat for your child’s size and age.
Do you offer shared rides or shuttle service?
No. We provide private, direct rides only.
What happens in bad weather or traffic delays?
We monitor conditions and adjust pickup times when necessary. Extra travel time may be required; fees for extended wait or additional mileage will be communicated.
Is service available 24/7?
We provide early morning and late-night flights support. Availability overnight is limited—please contact us to confirm service for your specific time.
How do I contact you after booking?
Contact information will be provided at the time of booking for direct communication via phone or text.
Privacy and safety policies?
Your personal information and flight details are used only to provide transportation services and will not be sold. Vehicles are insured and drivers are vetted; safety and confidentiality are priorities.
What if my flight is canceled?
If your flight is canceled, contact us immediately. We will help reschedule or cancel your ride per our cancellation policy.
