Booking & Pricing

How much will my ride cost?
Flat-rate pricing based on your city and distance to MSP — no surge, no meter, no surprises. Get an instant estimate on the Booking page, and your fare is confirmed when you book.
Are prices fixed or metered?
Fixed. You get a confirmed flat fare at booking — no hidden fees and no surprise meters.
Do you do round trips?
Yes. Round-trip airport service is available, and round trips are 15% off versus two one-way rides. Just mention your return date when you book.
How do I book a ride?
Head to the Booking page, fill out the form, and submit. Prefer to call? Leave a voicemail with your flight info plus the date and time you need the ride.
How early should I book?
At least 24 hours ahead is ideal. For same-day rides, contact me as early as possible — availability may be limited.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Major credit cards, debit cards, and cash at the end of the ride.
Is tipping expected?
Gratuity is appreciated but never required. Tips can be added to the card payment or given in cash.

Your Ride & Vehicle

What areas do you serve?
Airport transportation to and from MSP, serving Maple Grove and the surrounding northwest-metro communities. Outside the standard area? Contact me to confirm availability.
What vehicle do you use?
A clean, comfortable, owner-operated SUV — the same vehicle and same driver every time.
Is the driver the owner?
Yes. Every ride is owner-operated, so you get consistent, personal service from the business owner.
Do you offer shared rides or shuttle service?
No — rides are private and direct, just for you and your party.
Can you accommodate extra luggage or special requests?
Standard luggage, yes. For oversized items, sports equipment, or special requests, let me know when booking so I can confirm space and any additional charge.
Are child seats available?
Yes, on request. Ask at booking so I can have the right seat for your child's size and age.

Flights, Wait Time & Weather

Do you track flights?
Yes. Share your airline and flight number and I'll monitor arrivals for delays and adjust your pickup time accordingly.
How do you handle wait time at the airport?
I monitor your flight and wait for you — no extra charge.
What happens in bad weather or traffic delays?
I watch conditions and adjust pickup times as needed. Extra travel time may be required, with no fee for the extended wait.
Is service available 24/7?
I cover early-morning and late-night flights, roughly 3 AM to 12 AM. Overnight availability is limited — contact me to confirm your specific time.

Changes, Cancellations & Policies

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 12 hours before pickup for a full refund. Cancellations within 12 hours may be subject to a fee, and any deposit may be forfeited — specifics are provided at booking.
What if my flight is canceled?
Contact me right away and I'll help reschedule or cancel your ride per the cancellation policy.
How do I contact you after booking?
You'll receive direct phone and text contact info at the time of booking.
Privacy and safety policies?
Your information and flight details are used only to provide your ride and are never sold. The vehicle is insured, and safety and confidentiality always come first.
